1) Overview
Your membership includes access to the Revive Regime Community and The 6-Week Reviver (drip-fed while your membership is active). New members start with a 7-day free trial. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are (and aren’t) available.
2) Free trial

You are not charged during the 7-day trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first payment of £49 is taken when the trial ends (start of day 8), then every month until you cancel.
3) Subscription refunds

Ongoing membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time in a current month.

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing [email protected]. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the paid period and won’t be billed again.
4) Billing errors & exceptional cases
We’ll promptly fix genuine errors:

Duplicate charge, wrong amount, or accidental multiple subscriptions → contact us within 14 days of the charge.

Payment failure/decline: access may pause until payment succeeds; update card details in your account.

Exceptional circumstances (serious illness, bereavement): email us; we’ll review case-by-case and may offer prorated credit or an extension at our discretion.
5) UK/EU cooling-off information

Digital subscriptions normally include a 14-day cooling-off period. By starting your free trial and accessing the service immediately, you request and consent to immediate performance.

When your paid period starts, the month’s service is made available immediately; you agree the right to withdraw is lost for that month once activated. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6) How to cancel

Self-serve: Log in → Library → Billing → cancel the “Revive Regime Membership”.

Email: write to [email protected] from your purchase email. We recommend contacting us at least 48 hours before your renewal date to ensure processing in time.
7) Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Unauthorised chargebacks may be disputed with your bank using our records (IP, access logs, email receipts). We’re happy to resolve issues directly.
8) One-time purchases (if offered)
If we offer standalone digital products (not part of the membership), these are non-refundable once access is provided, except for billing errors (Section 4).
9) Changes
We may update this policy to reflect operational or legal requirements. The latest version will always be published on this page.
