The 6 Week Reviver – build your foundation

Step 1: Rebuild your foundation with the 6 Week Reviver

 When you join the community, you get access to the 6 Week Reviver – a structured program designed to gently rebuild your body from the ground up.

Over 6 weeks, you will:

  • Loosen tight, stiff joints

  • Strengthen key muscles that support your back, hips, knees and shoulders

  • Improve balance, control and confidence in how your body moves

  • Follow a clear, step-by-step plan so you’re never guessing what to do

This gives you a solid base so everything else in life feels easier: walking, stairs, work, hobbies, family time.

Stay mobile, strong and fit with weekly sessions

Once your foundation is in place, we keep you moving forwards.

Every week, a new Revive Session is uploaded to the community to help you:

  • Stay mobile and avoid sliding back into stiffness

  • Gradually build strength and fitness at a realistic pace

  • Keep your joints happier and your body feeling younger over time

You don’t have to plan or think about what to do. You simply log in, choose the current session, and follow along.
